The New Ulm Journal will not mail a printed version of the newspaper on

Thursday.

President Joseph Biden declared Jan. 9 a National Day of Mourning for

former President Jimmy Carter. In observance of the day, the United States

Postal Service offices will be closed and there will be no mail deliveries.

The Journal will have an online version of the paper on Thursday. Journal

subscribers will be able to access articles on nujournal.com and view a complete

digital version of the Thursday edition through All Access located on the website.
