Troy Diedrich, previously Chief Experience Officer, has been promoted to Executive Vice President (EVP). Troy has been instrumental in enhancing client experience and will now play a larger role in driving strategic initiatives and credit union growth.

Bob Schmid, formerly Director of Business Services, has been promoted to Chief Lending Officer. Bob’s extensive expertise in business services will help drive SPFCU’s lending strategies and operations.

Jeff Anderson, previously Director of Consumer Lending, has been promoted to Vice President of Lending. Jeff will help lending operations with a focus on innovation and member-centric solutions and experiences.
