NU Area Knowledge Bowl Teams Dominate
The New Ulm High School and Minnesota Valley Lutheran teams placed in the top three at Knowledge Bowl meet held in Mankato, Tuesday.
New Ulm Purple placed first with a score of 110, while MVL Black took 2nd scoring 97.5, and MVL Navy finished 3rd with a score of 92. Mankato East came in 4th followed by Jordan Maroon in 5th, and New Ulm Ivory finishing 6th.
Thirty-one teams competed from New Ulm, Jordan, Mankato East, Minnesota Valley Lutheran, Nicollet, St. Clair, LeSueur Henderson, and TCU. New Ulm High School and MVL placed seven teams in the top ten. New Ulm placed fourth and MVL three.
