For the first time ever, the Minnesota Valley Lutheran (MVL) High School Speech Team participated in the Norwood Young America speech tournament with all participants competing at the varsity level. After three rounds of competition, junior Alexander Williams earned 4th place. The team has five more tournaments before the 2A section meet at JWP.
