Sleepy Eye Public’s Knowledge Bowl team took second in the regional meet and will move on to the state tournament: (L to R) Damian Sanchez, Mateo Hornsby, Cole Eckstein, Landon Wendinger, Paige Haala and Anna Johnson.

SLEEP EYE – The Sleepy Eye Public Knowledge bowl team took 2nd place at the Regional Knowledge Bowl meet on Monday, March 10th.

The team of Landon Wendinger, Paige Haala, Damian Sanchez, Anna Johnson, and Mateo Hornsby will be competing at the state tournament at Cragun’s Resort in Brainerd April 10th and 11th.

Cole Eckstein will also be attending the state meet as a Pocket Box operator for our team. This year’s coaches are Mindy Berkner, Troy Vangsness, and Alyssa Stevensen.
