New Ulm Police
• Responded to a two-vehicle crash without reported injuries at 9:12 p.m. Monday. Beverly Jean Luneburg, 71, New Ulm, was driving a 2018 GMC southbound on the 500 block of Payne Street, said she was distracted by a dog jumping out of the vehicle, veered to the right and struck a legally parked, unattended 2025 Nissan. Luneburg was arrested for DWI. It was unknown if she wore a seat belt.
• Responded to a two-vehicle crash without injuries at 10:50 a.m. Tuesday at 1st South and Minnesota Street. A 2020 Jeep Compass driven by Joyce Suzann Resoft, 72, New Ulm, was southbound on Minnesota St. when a westbound 2020 Chevy Equinox driven by Jesse Michael Baker, 30, Mankato, proceeded through the intersection after stopping for a stop sign. Both drivers wore seat belts. The Jeep was towed due to disabling damage. The Chevy had minor damage.
• Responded to an assault report at 12:48 p.m. Tuesday at Riverbend Area Learning Center. A 16-year-old New Ulm male student assaulted a staff member and his mother. No medical attention or charges were sought. A report was done for documentation.

•Responded to a report of a one-vehicle cash in Green Isle at 3:40 a.m. Sunday. Megan Bachman, 18, Green isle, was westbound on McGrann Street, entering the City of Green Isle when her vehicle entered the south ditch, hit a stop sign and came to rest in the northbound turn lane to Church Street. Bachman as seen by Arlington Ambulance but was not transported. The vehicle was towed with moderate damage. Green Isle Fire and Rescue and Arlington Ambulance assisted.
