New Ulm Police

• Took a report of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle at 11:53 a.m. Wednesday from the parking lot at Riverbend Area Learning Center, 1315 S. Broadway. Police learned the reporting individual’s sister, a 15-year-old New Ulm female, took the vehicle while only possessing an instructional permit. A report went to the Brown County Attorney’s Office for charge consideration of an instructional permit violation.

• The New Ulm High School Resource Officer cited a 16-year-old male student for vaping device possession at 1:21 p.m. Thursday. A report was done for documentation.

• The New Ulm High School Resource Officer cited a 17-year-old male student for vaping device possession at 1:33 p.m. Thursday. A report was done for documentation.

• Assisted Brown County Human Services on checking living conditions and welfare of a 3-month-old baby boy Thursday. A report was done for documentation.
