New Ulm Police
• Responded to a hit-and-run crash without injuries at 6:30 a.m. Tuesday at Sixth North and Minnesota Street. A 2012 Chevrolet Traverse owned by Heather Dawn Bregel, 50, New Ulm, was legally parked, unoccupied facing east when it was struck by an unknown vehicle. Bregel said she heard a loud noise and saw a truck nearby.
