New Ulm Police
• Arrested a 61-year-old New Ulm man on an arrest warrant on Lincoln Lane at 5:45 p.m. Saturday. The man was transported to the Brown County Jail. A report was done for documentation.
• Arrested a 46-year-old New Ulm man on an arrest warrant on the 200 block of Minnesota St. N. at 7:05 p.m. Saturday. The man was transported to the Brown County Jail. A report was done for documentation.
• Received reports of suspicious activity at 102 Center St. at 10:38 p.m Sunday. One caller said they heard a gunshot, another reported the sound of broken glass. A suspect was described as wearing a black hat and a black ski mask. A broken window was found. A report was done for documentation.
• Received an assault report at the Brown County Evaluation Center, Detox Division at 2:03 a.m. Monday. A 34-year-old Albert Lea woman reportedly kicked and punched detox staff before she was placed in an isolation cell. The woman was cited for 5th-degree assault and obstruction of legal process. Police later transported her to the Brown County Jail. On the ride to jail, she kicked a squad cage, causing $479.50 in damage to the vehicle. A report for consideration of 4th-degree criminal damage to property was sent to the New Ulm City Attorney’s Office.
