New Ulm Police

• Responded to a two-vehicle crash on snowy road conditions at 10:53 a.m. Saturday at Franklin Street and 8th North Street. A 2019 Dodge Durango was driven east on 8th North by Jessica Kay Gieseke, 43, New Ulm, when it collided with a 2017 Volkswagen Passat driven by southbound on Franklin Street by Jayme Lynn Enamorado, 38, New Ulm. Damage was disabling to both vehicles. Gieseke had a suspected minor head/neck injury. Both drivers wore seat belts.

• Responded to a three-vehicle crash on icy roads at 3:11 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 13 on Oak Street, near Garden St. All vehicles were eastbound on Oak St. — A 2019 GMC Terrain driven by Brooklyn Marilyn Lewis, 17, New Ulm, rear-ended a 2000 Honda Odyssey driven by Ava Rose Peterson, 17, New Ulm, that collided with a 2008 Jeep Liberty driven by Simon Mark Louis Fischer, 18, New Ulm. All vehicles were damaged but operable. All three drivers wore seat belts.

• Took a report of an individual not scanning all his items valued at $24.96 at Walmart at 7:11 p.m. Saturday. Police talked to an 18-year-old from Lafayette who was cited for theft. A report went to the New Ulm City Attorney’s Office.

• Responded to the New Ulm Medical Center at 7:11 p.m. Sunday regarding a 41-year-old New Ulm man causing a disturbance in the lobby. Officers calmed the man down before turning him over to hospital staff. No damage or injuries were reported. A report was done for documentation.

Minnesota State Patrol

• Responded to a one-vehicle crash at 5:26 p.m. Friday on snow and ice on Highway 15 and 190th Street, Cottonwood Township, Brown County. Tammy Harder, 46, New Ulm, was driving a 2002 Chrysler van southbound on Highway 15 and left he road near 190th Street. She wore a seat belt but was transported to New Ulm Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries. An airbag deployed in the van. Alcohol was not involved. Assisting agencies were the New Ulm Fire Dept., Allina Ambulance and the Brown County Sheriff’s Office.
