New Ulm Police

• Cited a 19-year-old New Ulm girl for under 21 alcohol consumption in the Walmart parking lot at 10:09 p.m. Wednesday.

• Received a juvenile trouble report at Riverbend Area Learning Center, 1315 S. Broadway at 8:45 a.m. Thursday. A 12-year-old New Ulm male student allegedly spat in the face of a teacher and destroyed classroom items. A report for fourth-degree assault of a school official was sent to the Brown County Attorney’s Office. The student’s parents were contacted.

• Received a drive-off theft report at 9:15 a.m. Thursday of $108.90 worth of diesel fuel at Luepke Oil and Trucking. A report was done for documentation.

• A school resource officer cited an 18-year-old New Ulm female for marijuana vape possession on school property at 10:02 a.m. Thursday. A report was done for documentation.

Sleepy Eye Police

• Arrested a 25-year-old Sleepy Eye man for domestic assault at 8:21 p.m. Wednesday on the 700 block, Water St. S.W. A 24-year-old Sleepy Eye woman had minor injuries and did not seek medical attention. A report went to the Brown County Attorney’s Office.
