New Ulm Police
• Took a domestic report at 4:53 p.m. Tuesday where a 53-year-old New Ulm man locked a 46-year-old New Ulm woman in a storage unit. Officers used a bolt cutter on a lock and talked to the woman who said she was kicked, fell to the ground, hit her head and was locked inside the unit. Officers found the male suspect nearby, arrested him and transported him to the Brown County Jail. The woman did not seek medical attention. A report went to the Brown County Attorney’s Office for consideration of domestic assault and harassment restraining order violation charges.
