New Ulm Police

• Responded to a physical domestic report at 6:05 p.m. Friday. Police learned a 28-year-old Madelia man was assaulted by a 20-year-old New Ulm female. She was arrested, transported to detox and cited for misdemeanor domestic assault, fourth-degree damage to property and underage alcohol consumption. The man did not seek medical attention.

• Took a report at 3:42 p.m. Sunday of a possible no contact order violation. A 36-year-old New Ulm man said he received a phone call from whom he believed as his 28-year-old ex-girlfriend. The man believed she was using someone else’s phone to call and text him. A report went to the New Ulm City Attorney’s Office for consideration of a no contact order violation.
