New Ulm Police
Received a two-vehicle accident report at 3:10 p.m. Wednesday at Highland Ave. and Westridge Road. A 2001 Ford Ranchero driven by David Schrimpf, 68, New Ulm, was northbound on Highland Ave. collided with a 2002 Buick Electra driven by Clarence Borgheiinck, 85, Winthrop.
Both drivers wore seat belts. Borgheiinck was transported to New Ulm Medical Center for non-related medical issues. Damage was moderate to the Borgheiinck car and minor to Schrimpf’s car.
