This union blessed the couple with two daughters whom together they raised in New Ulm. Rosie was an active member of the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity in New Ulm where she was also a member of the Christian Mothers. To socialize, Rosie enjoyed sharing laughs while singing with the Hummdinger Kitchen Band. She also enjoyed cooking, sewing, crafts, making dolls, and had a love of animals. Rosie will be dearly missed by those that knew her. Blessed be her memory.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Divine Providence Nursing Home in Sleepy Eye or the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity in New Ulm.
