She spent her life working for the telephone company, as a telephone operator, where she built a large network of friends, and eventually retired from AT&T in the early 1990’s. She had a warm, kind and generous heart and loved spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by her daughter Caroline Hammer, son William Holden and wife Vivian Holden, son Kent Holden; grandchildren Steven Hammer, Destiny Rodriguez and husband Pedro Rodriguez, Micca Holden, and Scott Holden and wife Michelle Holden; great-grandchildren Samuel and Jackson Jones, Jack Holden, and Riley and Conner Holden; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

We are confident that she is celebrating in heaven with her husband John A. Holden and beloved family and friends that have gone before. Some of her loved ones include her parents Adolph and Ada Mack; siblings Orval Mack and wife Janette Mack, Carol Whetston and husband Bernie Whetston; daughters-in-law Karon Holden and Josephine Holden; grandson Sean Holden and great-granddaughter Alexia Holden.

She was loved by many and will be greatly missed. We find solace knowing she lived a long, wonderful, healthy life; and has now gone to be with our father in heaven. She is truly blessed.
