She was preceded in death by her parents; and her sister and brother-in-law, Ethel and Arvid Haack.

Rosemary Ann Oldenkamp was born March 12, 1948, in St. Peter, Minnesota to Elmer J. and Joyce K. (Rogers) Oldenkamp. Growing up in south central Minnesota, Rosemary was a 1966 graduate from the Cleveland High School. She was united in marriage on July 13, 1968 to Ray Meidl. This union blessed the couple with four daughters whom together they raised in New Ulm. The couple later divorced. While living in New Ulm, Rosemary worked at a variety of local establishment over the course of her career including Sandhurst Creations, K-Mart, Hardees, the Backerei, as well as helped care for her neighbor. To keep her mind busy, Rosemary enjoyed crocheting, completing puzzles, and expressing her artistic side through adult coloring books. What brought her the most joy was any time she got to spend with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Rosemary will forever be remembered for her positive “happy-go-lucky” attitude, and the fact that she always left people with a smile. May these memories, and countless others forever stay in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. Blessed be her memory.
