SLEEPY EYE–Richard L. Weiss, 61, of Sleepy Eye, died on Tues. Feb. 25, 2025, at Sleepy Eye Rehabilitation Center. Visitation will be on Monday, March 10, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church – North Entrance. Funeral Mass will follow at 11:00 a.m. and will be livestreamed at https://www.facebook.com/stmarysleepyeye. The clergy will be Fr. Craig Timmerman. Interment will be at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Sleepy Eye. Arrangements are with Sturm Funeral Home in Sleepy Eye. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.sturmfh.com. Richard is survived by his siblings, Donna Weiss of Gaylord, Marvin Weiss of Sleepy Eye, Stephen “Gar” Weiss of Sleepy Eye, Patty Tauer of Sleepy Eye, Janet Nachreiner of Fairfax, MaryAnn Fischer of Sleepy Eye, Julie Hildebrandt of St. James, Audrey Ruud of Springfield, MO, Jeannie Hietanen of Buffalo, and Brenda Elston of Sleepy Eye.
