To the editor:

We are Kathi and Erwin Gabriel from the Big Band Herbornseelbach. We visited New Ulm during the Bavarian Blast with our musicians. This was our eight visit to your wonderful city and it was once more such great time. So we want to say a big thank you to you all in New Ulm, especially to our great and outstanding host families. They made us feel like home and we all were one family.

For 43 years we come over to the little city on the Minnesota River. It’s always like coming home and we never will forget the particularly relationship and precious friendship. Hope we can come back in the near future and also we would like to welcome people from New Ulm here in Herborn
