To the editor:

We want to express our warmest congratulations to the Treasure Haus on reaching its 40th Anniversary. 

For four decades, the Treasure Haus has been a valuable asset to the region. Frequently out-of-town visitors at Oktoberfest, Bavarian Blast, or MLC tell me that one of their stops while in New Ulm is the Treasure Haus.  It’s wonderful to celebrate such a long-standing commitment to serving the people of New Ulm and beyond.

Meanwhile, we also want to acknowledge and commend the other thrift stores in New Ulm for their tireless devotion. Each one plays a vital role in offering great pricing which promotes reuse, all while supporting various charitable causes. Together, all thrift stores contribute to a culture of sustainability.

So, grab a Schell’s or a Morgan Creek and join with us in a toast to Treasure Haus on its 40th Anniversary, and a second toast to all the thrift stores in New Ulm for their ongoing contributions.
