The New Ulm Sleepy Eye Squirt C Hockey team earned a first-place finish in the Albert Lea Hockey Tournament this weekend. They went undefeated in all four games. They defeated White Bear Lake 5-3, Minneapolis Grey 5-2, Apple Valley/Burnsville 9-1, and West St. Paul 3-2. Team players are: Eli Decker, Regan Fowler, Rylan Hillesheim, Brody Hoffmann, William Lemarr, Alek Leske, Elijah Lovig, Jaxon Lund, Grady McMonagle, Kyre Ostrom, Jack Peterson, Lincoln Reinarts, Jace Sandmann, Landon Schneider, Jackson Warmka and Henry Wunderlin. Head coach Dustin Hillsheim, assistant coaches Brian Lovig and Nicholas Schneider.
