River Valley dominates Tomahawk Conference meet
Sets many personal records
SLEEPY EYE — The River Valley Track Team dominated the Tomahawk Conference Track Meet Thursday, setting a number of personal records.
The River Valley girls cruised to a conference championship with 124 points, finishing ahead of second-place Gibbon-Fairfax-Winthrop (45), third-place Wabasso (43) and fourth-place Minnesota Valley Lutheran/New Ulm Cathedral (42).
The River Valley boys won the conference with 80.5 points, holding off MVL/NUC (76). GFW took third (72.5), while Wabasso took fourth (27).
