MLC roundup: Knights men, women fall in road games
WOMEN’S BASKETBALL
Malacaster 69, MLC 61
ST. PAUL — Malacaster college defeated Martin Luther College 69-61 in a nonconference women’s basketball game Tuesday at Malacaster College.
Lauren Paulson led the Knights with 13 points, seven rebounds and three steals, while Lydia Feidt had 12 points, four rebounds and two steals. Emma Dorn recorded 11 points and seven rebounds.
MLC (0-1) hosts Buena Vista University on Friday at 7 p.m.

St. Mary’s 92, MLC 83
WINONA — St. Mary’s University downed Martin Luther College 92-83 in a nonconference men’s basketball game on Tuesday at St. Mary’s University.
Adan Loberger led the Knights with 19 points and six rebounds, while Ethan Kjenstad had 17 points and four rebounds. Ben Pearson had 12 points, 11 rebounds and four assists, while Luke Fix had 11 points and five rebounds.
MLC (0-2) hosts Maranatha Baptist University on Saturday at 1 p.m.
