RENVILLE — Behind double-doubles from two players, Cedar Mountain took down Renville County West 54-32 on Tuesday night in a nonconference girls basketball game.

Aubrey Steffl had one of those double-doubles for the Cougars and finished the game with a strong overall effort, posting 13 points, 10 rebounds, six assists and seven steals. Kendra Erickson had the other double-double with 12 points, 13 rebounds and three steals, while Brooklyn Diehn had 12 points and Grace Hamre had 11 points, seven rebounds and three steals.

Sleepy Eye 50

REDWOOD FALLS — Redwood Valley defeated Sleepy Eye 66-50 on Tuesday night in a nonconference girls basketball game.

Paige Haala led Sleepy Eye with 11 points and two blocks, while Cadence Okerman had 9 points and five steals and Sam Price had 9 points and three blocks. Taylor Berkner also had 9 points for the Indians and five rebounds.
