Balanced attack leads Augsburg past MLC men
MINNEAPOLIS — The Martin Luther College men’s basketball team had one more chance to pick up a nonconference win over a MIAC school when they went on the road to face Augsburg University on Monday night but fell 86-70.
Adam Loberger paced the Knights in scoring, with a 24-point effort. The freshman shot 50 percent from the floor and knocked down five three throws. Tom Balge finished with 12 points and grabbed six boards in the MLC backcourt.
